Good news and bad news.
Good news is we’ve reached 6,000 views!! It’s kind of exciting for us. We’re nearly 1 year old (just a few weeks to go) and people have liked our blog enough to look at it 6,000 times.
And the bad news? Well…remember that competition we were nominated for? You guessed it: we didn’t win. We didn’t even make it to the finals. Very sad. But there’s always a flip-side…like the fact that we were nominated and we entered our very-first-competition-ever against over 1,000 other blogs. So we won’t stay sad for long! A special thanks to you, wonderful readers, who voted for us and wished us luck!
But there’s more good news…
You readers! There’s 19 of you now and we’re so, so, so happy to have you reading and commenting on our blog! We love having you around.
Comments! We love your comments. It’s the best to read what you say about our posts. As a side note, we try and answer back to most, though usually not all.
All the Countries! You wouldn’t believe this, but our blog is intensely popular in Russia. (Our blog statistics tell us that.) Second to Russia, comes America (hi to the Americans, thanks so much for reading and following and commenting!), and then lastly our place — Australia. We’ve had 50 other countries take a peek at our blog. (Even places like Latvia and Moldova and Dominican Republic and Azerbaijan!)
Link Ups! We join in with two link-ups now. SOC Sunday with All.Things.Fadra and Beautiful People (character interviews for aspiring authors) with Further Up and Further In and Before My Penn has Gleaned. They’re heaps of fun. And we’ve met some fantastic bloggers and joined some amazing blogs through them.
It’s been a frabjous blogging month, thanks to you readers!
