First things first…
I am not timing this post.
Happy Leap Day. Take special care of this day, because you won’t have another for four years. I could do a whole stream of consciousness on leap days…how odd they are because they don’t really fit into the calendar scheme, how strange it would be to be born on this day, how appropriate it would be to make this a national, celebratory holiday. I really like the idea of the last one.
But February is almost over. Mime streamed her consciousness just this morning. And now we are finished our February Challenge.
It’s a little sad.
So now it’s your turn. Tell us what you thought of our Streams of Consciousness Challenge. Tell us a favourite Stream, or maybe one that made you think, or laugh, or raise your eyebrows, or sigh and shake your head. We wrote about a huge variety of things after all.
Finding a Character.
Some of us (no names, no names) were stuck in a bit of a rut… cait… Was there nothing on your mind but books?!? But mime did rather well, wouldn’t you say? I mean, now we know how random her mind really is. We can prove it.
We liked Streaming our Consciousness, mime and I. It was a challenge. It was different. Sometimes it was plain impossible (so there to anyone who says there’s always something on your mind, because sometimes…there isn’t.) And, in the middle of it, we updated our blog look as well. Just to spice things up.
But why totally abandon a good thing?
We’ve decided to keep Streaming on the Weekends. Keep linking up with All Things Fadra on SOC Sunday.
We liked the challenge so much we’ve decided to try out some different ones. Exactly what? Well, can’t give away
what we don’t know what’s a surprise. Stay posted. You’ll find out.
Don’t forget. Comments. Feedback. We want to know what you thought of our February Streams of Consciousness!
They were messy.
And all ours.
