I haven’t linked up all year! (Ha, ha…come on. We have to have these lame puns. It’s mandatory.) I won’t recap what I’ve read since then, BUT I will tell you that I am now deeply, madly in love with…
Ta-da! This is the best bookshelf in the world. It is partly a Christmas present. It is 100% scrumptious. Plus, it guest-posted (it’s that famous) over at Iris’ blog. It’s such an out going little shelf. Okay! I’m moving on! To the actual…meme.
I’m linking up with Tynga’s Reviews for the meme Stacking The Shelves! Basically: you recount books you’ve won/bought/collected this week.
I saw someone (I can’t remember who you are or I’d have linked to you! Sorry!) rave about Marcelo in The Real World. It was an impulse borrow.
I haven’t read The Raven Boys yet. I know! Shocking. But I’m remedying it.
The Spiderwick Chronicles (books #2 and #3) are for research. I want to write a children’s book. I didn’t borrow them because I secretly think they’re adorable and like them. No. Research.
Mime told me to read Sisters Red or face her wrath. Obviously I borrowed the book.
I’m woefully behind on The False Prince series! The afternoon after our library excursion (we were in convoy with the Tiny Overlords, ages 3 and 1, so it was a noisy trip) I read 80% of The False Prince. Let’s just say: it was awesome.
Tuesday – Cait reviews Another Little Piece of My Heart. Adorable but predictable.
Wednesday – Cait spills the beans on her 2014 writing projects! (She was blushing after everyone’s comments. Thanks, blogglings!)
Thursday – Mime discusses how a love-triangle is the most awkward thing ever.
Friday – We talked about changing yer fate (did you think that in a Scottish accent?).
Saturday – Cait reviewed Afterworld (most boooring boook eeeever).
