“It seems very pretty,” she said when she had finished it, “but it’s rather hard to understand!” (You see, she didn’t like to confess, even to herself, that she couldn’t make it out at all.) “Somehow it seems to fill my head with ideas–only I don’t exactly know what they are! However, somebody killed something: that’s clear, at any rate.”
This is Cait.
And this is Mime.
This is the story of two sisters and their thoughts. Each sees life differently. The ways they slay their own jabberwockies are not the same. They make it a practise to believe six impossible things before breakfast every morning and know that music and laughter cure all forms of illness. Tangerine skies provide great scope for their imaginations. Chocolate is medicine for their souls (and could be their daily bread, but let’s face it, they are only 17 and 13 years old respectively, so their mother will not abide the daily consumption of chocolate for breakfast. They shall have to wait for that until they have left home and are living in a small apartment in Paris, France, living by their pens and eating bon bons and croissants while never growing old, because, as I mentioned before, they make it a practice believing six impossible things before breakfast each day.)
Today is their Frabjous Day. The start of their blog. Like a fabulous day with a lemon twist. And every day upon this date, we will henceforth celebrate the Frabjous Day of The Notebook Sisters. There will be cake and balloons and gifts for all! Amen.
Anyway…
This is where they will write. Their adventures. Their thoughts. Their fashions. Their seethingly brilliant ideas. Maybe some poetry. Maybe some nonsense.
Enjoy.
A very merry Frabjous Day to you all! Next year, on this day, I expect balloons and cupcakes. And as for the post — who IS the author? By golly, she's good! π

You know, this was so easy for us to do. It involved zero effort and here we are commenting on your first blog post. It’s all very exciting, no?π
Frabjous day sounds awfully intimidating. What does one get someone to celebrate their Frabjous day? A rabbit? Some wine?
OMG I’M SO EMBARRASSED YOU’RE READING THE ARCHIVES.ππ
