Normally, we have a Quotable Sunday today, buuuuut, I’m in the mood for something different. It’s been an exciting week, so I’m linking up with Tynga’s Reviews for the meme Stacking The Shelves.
Basically: you get to recount books you’ve won/bought/collected this week.
This is my first time (eep!), so bear with me as I fumble along.
I bought THE ROYAL RANGER and (downloaded for free…which counts) THE DREAMERS. As I mentioned here, I’m just kind of freaking out with excitement about the last Rangers’ Apprentice book. This is it?! (gulp)
Mime argued Mike Teavee‘s (from Charley and The Chocolate Factory) point of view.
Cait updated you on her list of 20 Things to do before she’s 20.
Mime reviewed My Life Undecided by Jessica Brody.
And we had author Tessa Emily Hall stop by on her book tour for Purple Moon.
Aaaaand, to finish, well we’ll go ahead and quote anyway! (You knew we couldn’t blog without quoting something, right?)
“It is one of life’s bitterest truths that bedtime so often arrives just when things are really getting interesting.”
Cait hasn’t had much time for reading this week due to copious editing. Due to going away soon, her TBR stack is actually…down to one book (gasp!). She plans to rectify this ASAP. Besides eating (and spitting) strawberries with her niece, she has been quoting Iron Man 3. Basically: where is my sandwich?
