Welcome to my tour stop for The Genesis of Seven!
Now you now how I’m a big fan of the Shadowhunter books and the Supernatural TV show…well this is a mashup of the two! Full of angel mythology and hell realms and a really pissed off Satan and a very confused boy named Jordan with an enchanted backpack and no idea why he’s the living signal for the archangels to gather before facing their ultimate foe. I confess my favourite part was how all six of the archangels just ended up being a line of dads to Jordan. (“did u eat” “are you tired” “here’s a jacket” “shall i carry you”) Their relationship was so wholesome 🥺 The book is also full of cross-country travels and prophecies and family secrets. Overall very intriguing!

THANK YOU TO MTMC TOURS FOR HAVING ME!
Eighteen-year-old Jordan Conway has always wanted to help people, but helping seven archangels to achieve their divine duty was never quite what he had in mind… When Jordan is entrusted by the head nun of his orphanage to deliver a mysterious backpack to a New York City address, he comes unexpectedly face-to-face with Archangel Gabriel. Their acquaintance fast uncovers a labyrinth of secrets that connect Jordan’s once-normal life to an ancient heavenly prophecy. Now, he must help Gabriel to reunite the archangels before evil forces grow too strong.
Soon, Jordan and Gabriel find themselves on a divine quest across the globe, while deep in the pits of Hell, Satan plots his return to earth. To gain control, however, Satan needs the powerful prophetic objects locked safe inside Jordan’s backpack—and the devil will stop at nothing to get what he wants. With that notion threatening his only family and the safety of his newfound friends, Jordan must do whatever it takes to protect the ones he loves and help the archangels succeed. If that means sacrificing all he thought he knew to go to war with the devil himself? Bring it on.

I’m interviewing Jordan today! One of the main characters of The Genesis of Seven and the catalyst for the whole adventure to start!
Hi Jordan! We are so excited to have you take over our stories during this tour! Can you introduce yourself to the audience?
Hi, I’m Jordan. I’m 18-years-old, and I’ve lived in New York City my entire life. I’ve been an orphan since birth, but I’ve always felt like I’ve had a family, first through the nuns and now through the angels.
On a scale of 1-10, how would you rate your ability to save the world?
Uh…I guess a 3. I’m not entirely sure if I’m the one who has to save it. I think that’s the angels’ job.
If you could have any skill, what would it be?
Flying. It would make everything so much easier.
Before the events of The Genesis of Seven, what’s something you would have never believed about your world?
Just one thing? Because there’s a few I can think of like the fact angels exist, or that I lived at an orphanage run by a secret society, or better yet that Satan would be chasing me around the world for revenge.
Which character are you excited for us to meet in The Genesis of Seven? (Besides you, of course!)
That’s hard. All the angels are fun to meet, but if I had to pick one it would be Gabriel.
Thanks for chatting with us, Jordan! And good luck on your adventures 😌👌🏻sounds like you will need it.
