2023 New Book Releases You Definitely Need (Adult & Young Adult!) Part 1

Let’s talk books, specifically — new books coming out in 2023!

Admittedly, this post is late since somehow it’s February and I meant to start posting about new releases in, like, January. But this year has been weirdly busy and I’ve turned into a creature who is constantly behind. Secretary wanted. My current one (dog) just naps. Will not swap places with me. Always rude??

This post will feature Young Adult & Adult books coming out from January to April! It isn’t an exhaustive list of course. This are ones that caught my eye, that I’m excited for.

Also with book prices being…exorbitant to say the least, I feel it’s fair to note that I will likely not get many of these books. 🤣 This post may be a lot of wishful thinking. (I refuse to pay $50 for a paperback. Australia!! Fix urself.)

I’m actually currently reading this and nearly at the end! It reminds me of This Savage Song, and the two main characters have a snappy relationship which is fun so far.

Unapologetically as always, I must admit. Also the true issue here is that I overload my own tbr pile (I’m currently on a book ban but also 😩 I suffer time to treat myself). At least I’ve caught up on my reading goals this year and I’m currently 6 books ahead an on track for 200 reads for 2022.
